Module I – Production management in agricultural production enterprises
1. Agricultural systems. National and international vision. Agriculture and environment.
2. Management of agricultural crops. Constraints and difficulties of agricultural production.
3. Inputs in agriculture. Technical and economic vision. Efficient use of inputs.
Module II – Production management in an animal husbandry company
1. Animal husbandry production systems
2. Animal production cycles: mating, gestation, parturition, lactation, weaning
3. Determinants of production management
3.1 – Animal feeding (food production, digestive systems, food production sazonality issues)
3.2 – Parturition season definition
3.3 – Growth, development and milk production
3.4 – Production technical-economic indexes (weight, age, production and reproduction)
