Students solve exercises to practice solving different types of problems. (Experimental Method)

Learning Results

After attending Applied Informatics course, it is expected that each student knows how to efficiently and autonomously use Office tools:

  • Solve different types of problems using computer, namely data analysis and processing;
  • Use spreadsheets to automate calculations and procedures;
  • Develop simple functions in VBA in Excel;
  • Design a database in the relational model;
  • Create a database in Access keeping integrity rules;
  • Create different types of queries in an Access database.
