Teaching Methodologies
The teaching of the course unit is based on recent research materials and experience gained through practice. The pedagogy of the course is strongly interactive. It aims at substantial student participation and learning by doing. Teaching methods include group discussion of real cases and individual elaboration of pedagogical exercises. Emphasis is placed on helping students to relate concepts, ideas and theories to actual practice.
Learning Results
The goal of this curricular unit is to enable the student to understand the fundamental concepts and principles of the analysis and financial management of companies. At the end of the curricular semester students should be able to:
– Use the technical and instrumental skills necessary in the economic and financial analysis of companies
– Use technical skills capable of proposing investment financing solutions
– Use technical skills capable of proposing financing solutions within the scope of treasury management.
