Teaching Methodologies

Within the scope of FCT, the trainee must prepare an individual report which will critically present an activity carried out in a professional context revealing the application of knowledge and skills learned in the remaining curricular units of the course.

Learning Results

  1. Enable the analysis and application of legal regulations in force within the framework of land use planning and urban planning, whether in the framework of real and registration rights.
  2. Enable the analysis and application of legal regulations in force within the framework of real and registration rights.
  3. Interpret and understand territorial management instruments.
  4. Introduce the basics of geodesy, reference systems and cartographic projections.
  5. Introduce notions of cartography, interpretation and analysis of topographic maps.
  6. Transmit knowledge that allows the carrying out of topographic surveys (classical methods and positioning techniques).
  7. Qualify for the handling of different types of topographic equipment.
  8. Train for the analysis, manipulation and processing of geographic information in digital support.
  9. Introduce the concepts and functionalities of the SNIC. (Cadastre Information National System).
  10. Enable the design, modeling and integration of data in the context of a land registry execution operation.

Program

Training in a work context is carried out based on criteria of suitability, as well as suitability of activities carried out in a professional context, revealing the application of knowledge and skills learned in the course’s remaining training units.
