Teaching Methodologies

a) Tutorial teaching: groups in companies or at ESTGOH; individual in companies or at ESTGOH.
b) Research and information gathering: definition of themes, state of the art, objectives, working hypotheses, testing processes, results, discussion, among others.
c) Learning: development of an essay in group or individual; by practice in companies or by learning with the supervisor.

Learning Results

Students should be able to:
– Apply knowledge, skills and competences acquired in the remaining curricular units of the course, showing a professional and relevant approach to the bio-based industries in the work carried out.
– Treat relevant information, particularly in the areas of Management and Biosciences, to support solutions and opinions.
In the case of the Internship modality, they should be able to:
– Communicate with different audiences in the work context.
– Diagnose and/or solve problems in an organizational environment, showing a relevant contribution to the organization.
In the case of the Project modality, they should be able to:
– Diagnose a problematic situation and apply appropriate methods and instruments to solve this situation

Program

Students develop an internship or professional project, in the areas of Management or Biosciences, in companies or at ESTGOH, in group or individual under the terms of the regulation of the curricular unit.

  • - Public defense of the Report under the terms of the regulation of the curricular unit. In the case of Internship, the qualitative assessment of the Supervisor from the host organization is taken into account. - 100.0%
