Teaching Methodologies
Teaching has an eminently theoretical-practical character. In addition to the presentation and analysis of theoretical concepts and approaches, the teaching method will focus on active methodologies of analysis of texts/cases, demonstration and analysis of methodologies/practical and self-diagnostic tools.
Continuous evaluation. Classification obtained by performing two assessment works:
– Research, analysis and presentation of a scientific article published and written in English. Theme of leadership and team management (to be approved) – 40% weighting;
– Realization and oral presentation of practical group assessment – 60% weighting.
For both evaluation moments, a minimum grade of eight values is required. For approval at U.C. the average of the two grades (40% + 60%) must be a minimum of ten values.
Final/Appeal Evaluation. Individual literature review assessment.
For approval a minimum grade of 10 values is required. The C.U. does not contemplate the possibility of oral exam.
Note: The dates of completion/delivery and/or presentation of the assessments, as well as the themes, structure/scripts and other instructions, will be made available at NONIO – inforestudante.
