Teaching Methodologies
The course is organised in such a way that its objectives correspond to the diversified methodologies inherent in the training and assessment activities that the trainee must carry out, which are identified and organised in face-to-face and distance synchronous and asynchronous modalities, allowing the trainee to build knowledge and develop integrated skills.
Learning Results
– To provide knowledge of the Portuguese education system, its organisation and administration, with a view to better understanding how education and teaching establishments work.
– Knowing the various perspectives on management and coordination in the development of an organisation or community, as well as how to motivate people and entities to coordinate and share resources and cooperatively promote will and skills
– Know how to select the means for the effective management of people, groups, organisations or communities, when based on the planning, organisation, coordination and evaluation of local resources, whether physical, financial, human, environmental or community-based
– Developing the skills to continuously analyse management systems at a technical, financial, pedagogical and organisational level, making concrete suggestions and proposals that can contribute to improving systems
