Teaching Methodologies
The following teaching methodologies are used in this course: 1) Verbal methodologies (say), making use of pedagogical resources: Exhibition, Explanation and Dialogue; 2) Intuitive Methodologies (show), using pedagogical resources: Demonstration, Resolution of exercises / problems and Written Texts.
Learning Results
It is expected that at the end of the course each student will be able to:
a) Understand microeconomic phenomena;
b) Understand, evaluate and create forecast scenarios within the scope of the general equilibrium model of supply and demand;
c) Analyze and understand consumer behavior as a rational economic agent within the scope of utility theory;
d) Analyze and understand the behavior of the producer as a rational economic agent within the scope of the theory of production costs;
e) Classify, analyze and understand the various market structure situations
