Pedagogical Management

Teaching Methodologies

The course is organised in such a way that its objectives correspond to the diversified methodologies inherent in the training and assessment activities that the trainee must carry out, which are identified and organised in face-to-face and distance synchronous and asynchronous modalities, allowing the trainee to build knowledge and develop integrated skills.

Learning Results

– Analyse and discuss the intersections between the dimensions of the curriculum, methodologies and the management of teaching staff;

– Understand the role of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of pedagogical management projects;

– Contribute to a strategic vision of promoting student success, through an approach centred on pedagogical management and innovation projects implemented in Portugal within the framework of current regulations;

– Reflect on innovative pedagogical management practices and their impact on the quality of learning and school improvement.

1- Pedagogical Management – perspectives for conceptualisation; 2 – Methodologies for the Design of Pedagogical Management Projects; 3 – Implementation of Pedagogical Management Projects in OUs; 4 – Follow-up, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of Pedagogical Management Projects (impact on territories).
