Program

The relevant legislation applicable to FPs and their use by professional users (Law 26/2013 of 11/04 regulates the distribution, sale and application of FP, Decree Law 172/1993 and Decree Law 208/2004, Regulate the application by airplanes. The existence of unlawful FPs and the identification of the corresponding risks, as well as the methods for identifying such products. The risks and dangers associated with the FP and the method of identification and limitation thereof, in particular: (a) risks to persons (applicators, residents, passers-by, persons entering treated areas and persons handling or consuming treated products) and how factors such as smoking exacerbate such risks; b) Symptoms of PF poisoning and first aid; (c) risks for non-target plants, for useful insects, for wild fauna and flora, for biodiversity and for the environment in general.
