Teaching Methodologies
Different perspectives on the concepts of physical fitness and physical condition are presented and analysed in class.
Proposal to carry out theoretical and practical work on the identification and analysis of physical exercises that relate in particular with each of the physical-motor qualities.
Assessment comprises elements of demonstration of theoretical and practical understanding of the subjects. The elements of continuous assessment include participation in theoretical and practical classes; completion of a written test response to a test which may include all subjects in the curriculum of the course; completion of a theoretical and practical work on physical exercises associated with certain physical-motor skills.
The assessment by exam is based on a positive classification in the class participation component and in the theoretical-practical work component
