a) To gain knowledge about the basic processes of social influence in the formation of groups and teams and to be able to analyze its impact on the formation of values, norms, beliefs, attitudes and actions;

 b) To understand the processes of formation and dynamics of teams working in organizational settings;

c) To learn how to act in train, management and development of teams in work contexts;

 d) To understant how to manage processes of interpersonal communication (eg. teams and organizations).
