Base Knowledge
This curricular unit requires a basic knowledge of statistics, corresponding to the Statistics curricular unit(s) of an undergraduate degree.
Teaching Methodologies
Expositive and computer-assisted classes. Classes will be devoted to the presentation of theoretical concepts and practical examples.
Learning Results
To learn some univariate, bivariate and multivariate statistical techniques for data analysis. Develop in students the ability to, critically, select,identify methods and organize information using using statistical software.
To enable students to abstraction, creative intuition, critical thinking and ability to interdisciplinary and integratedreasoning.
