Base Knowledge
Completion of the undergraduate courses.
Teaching Methodologies
The students’ work will be monitored by two mentors.
An external supervisor, from the organization where the internship period will take place, and an internal supervisor, a teacher at ESAC. Both tutors will play an active role in supporting the student’s work and the preparation of the final internship report.
In addition to the work done during the internship period, the student will have to write a final report and make an oral presentation before a jury of professors. This jury will be made up of a president, the teacher who supervised the student’s work, and another teacher who will examine the final internship report.
The final classification will be obtained by weighting the work done, the written report and its oral presentation, in accordance with the internal regulations.
Learning Results
The professionalizing internship is intended for students to have a first contact with the world of work.
The aim of the internship is to apply the knowledge acquired in the other curricular units of the degree to concrete situations, seeking solutions autonomously. It is also intended that students develop their working skills, both in a team and autonomously, their communication skills and their ability to synthesize information.
Program
This curricular unit does not have programmatic contents, since what is intended is the application of the programmatic contents of the other curricular units of the degree.
If, for the work to be developed by the student, subjects not yet covered are necessary, the student will be guided in this sense by the teacher responsible for monitoring the student’s work (Professor of the area).
