Any situation that deserves special attention should be reported to the Occupational and Environmental Health Service, which in this stage takes on the role of the Public Health Service of the Polytechnic of Coimbra, interfacing with the community and the health authorities.

All situations regarding DGES, A2ES and BAAS scholarships will be handled exclusively by email or phone.
– Scholarship Students – Any change in the socio-economic situation of the applicant’s family household must be reported to the social action services, through the relevant social worker.
– Non scholarship students – Households that have not applied for social benefits, but have had their economic and social situation worsen should contact the social assistant of the relevant School / Institute.
