Contents will be taught in presentation sessions, where their fundamental concepts will be explored. Sessions will be
complemented with visits to sports facilities, guiding students to the comprehension of the various processes in sports
facilities management.
The evaluation will be performed by Continuous assessment or by Exam:
Continuous Assessment:
1. Written test – 50%
2. Group work – 50%

1. Know the classification of the typologies of sport spaces and equipments.
2. Know the guidelines for the construction of sports facilities.
3. Know the national laws for the construction, management, and maintenance of a sports facility or outdoor play
spaces, as well as safety and security demands.
4. Know the management indicators for sport spaces and equipments and its various management models.
5. Understand the maintenance in sport spaces and equipments.
6. Understand the economical aspects related with the management of sport equipments.
7. Understand the natural spaces as sports spaces.
