Learning Results
The aim is to provide students with lessons about the basis of family legal
relationships: marriage and unmarried, substantial and formal requirements of
marriage, personal and financial effects of marriage arrangements, modalities and
effects of divorce, establishment of maternity and paternity; effects of membership,
in particular the rules on parental responsibilities.
