Teaching Methodologies

The syllabus will be taught through theory practical classes and through the use of media.

Learning Results

Analyze the latest developments in critical areas of Human Resources Division (HRD) and deepen the interrelationships between these areas and general management of organizations Provide a practical overview and current management of human resources, and draw a picture of the challenges and opportunities presented to those responsible for HRD, as active elements in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of strategic actions.
Addressing the multiple dimensions on which they can solve problems in human resources, as well as providing a set of solutions to them, through the practice and learning the “Case Method”, which will be presented and worked in practical classes . Likewise, for presentation of simulation and performance evaluation models used in the organizations/companies
