Teaching Methodologies

The methodological choices conducive to the fulfillment of the program of the course will focus on three key educational components:
– Oral presentation oriented to the estimated contents;
– Study and presentation of reference works and authors;
– Development of practical work, under the guidance of the teacher.
EVALUATION METHODS
The evaluation on the curricular unit will, at the option of the student, of the following modalities:
– Continuous evaluation;
– Exam.
The evaluation in those modalities will obey criteria that will be explained in the statements and/or oyher elements presented, according to the following components and weights:
CONTINUOUS EVALUATION
– Participation – weight of 20% in the overall evaluation;
– Group work – weight of 30% in the overall evaluation;
– Individual work – weight of 50% in the overall evaluation.
EXAM
The syllabus domain – weight of 70% in the overall evaluation of the exam;
Ability to express ideas – weight of 30% in the overall evaluation o

3.1 Acquirement of knowledge about the historical evolution of the spaces of presentation and theatrical performance.
3.2 Recognizing and elaborating visual communication media as a resource that enhances the understanding of the message and respects the logics of representation.
3.3 Identifying contexts and referencing authors that constitute case studies in the scenic field.
3.4 Developing general skills for the interdisciplinary conception of scenography studies or projects
