Law of Succession and Inventory Process

Visa-se fornecer aos estudantes ensinamentos acerca do regime da transmissão das
relações jurídicas de caráter patrimonial de pessoa falecida e consequente
devolução dos bens a esta pertencentes (as várias etapas do fenómeno sucessório,
desde a abertura e vocação sucessória até à partilha; as diversas formas de sucessão
mortis causa) e, em particular, acerca do recente regime jurídico do processo de
inventário.
