Teaching Methodologies

Experience and appropriation of conceptual components in close coordination with the development of musical skills-memory, motor skills, rating processes – through the use of personal and collective experimentation, based on activities in the following areas: – hearing music (active listening/memorization/registration), – musical interpretation, -creative expression.

Learning Results

1) To develop the knowledge and understanding of music as a social construct and as culture; 2) To listen, analyze, describe and understand the codes and conventions that constitute the musical vocabulary, through hearing, movement and vocal and instrumental practice; 3) To develop auditory sensitivity and discrimination; 4) To sing and play, using appropriate and contextualized musical techniques and practices; 5) Use and take ownership of differentiated forms of musical notation (conventional and unconventional).
