The syllabus will be developed through:

a) lecture classes,

b) theoretical-practical sessions of analysis

c) discussions of practical problems and collaborative learning exercises in small groups

Learning Results

At the end of the semester, trainees should be able to:

a) Know how to define and recognize the importance of group phenomena in organizations

b) Know some of the theoretical models used in the study of groups and teams

c) Know some of the determinants of group cohesion and the productivity of work teams, as well as some of the most common obstacles;

d) Know some of the good management practices of work teams in an organizational context;
