Teaching Methodologies
Teacher training supervision made by the school’s cooperant teacher and ESEC’s supervisor.
As part of the final report writing process, the supervising professor from ESEC meets with and guides the students in their research work.
Learning Results
a) To know the reality of the Bilingual schools for the deaf and oter teaching contexts and integrate the various components of training (theoretical, practical theoretical-practical and didactics) to perform professional tasks in real work;
b) Know to mobilize pedagogical skills in real context to the teaching of PSL as L1, L and FL;
c) To acquire new scientific and technical knowledge with the completion of a research project;
d) Provide an experience approach to the labor market and ti the deaf community able to contribute to the subsequent employability of graduates;
e) establish privileged relations of cooperation between ESEC and the national net of schoosl for the deaf and other teaching contexts.
Program
Internship- teacher training in a school for the deaf with the following steps:observation; participated observation; intervention.
Training in other schools focused on teaching PSL as a foreign language.
Explaining and debating theaching methodologies according to the school where the internship is occuring.
Reflexion on methodologies and teacher practice.

Sendo uma unidade curricular de prática de ensino supervisionada, a bibliografia a consultar é a de todas as UC que constituem o plano de estudos do MELGP e ainda as necessárias para a elaboração do relatório final.
As a supervised teaching practice course unit, the required bibliography includes all the references from the UC within the MELGP study plan, as well as any additional resources necessary for the preparation of the final report.
