Teaching Methodologies
Theoretical-practical methodology: initial theoretical exposition (legal/doctrinal/jurisprudential) of each theme; complementary practical framework, with the active participation of students (exposition of jurisprudential cases/practical hypotheses, to consolidate the theoretical knowledge taught).
Learning Results
To familiarize students with the language, concepts and ways of thinking typical of Labor Law, preparing them to understand the specialized legal matters.
Make known to students, the working regimes, and especially the relationship legalwork in their individual and collective impact, and their main aspects of the scheme, with practical concerns but without forgetting their theoretical frameworks

1.1. Continuous assessment: mandatory attendance in 85% of classes taught, 10% for participation; 10% for a test (30 minutes), 50% written work; 30% presentation of written work.
1.2 Final assessment (Written exam): This type of assessment will consist of a written exam lasting 2 hours, covering the entire subject taught. In this system, there is no mandatory minimum attendance to classes. When correcting the written exam, the presentation and
systematization of the answers, the relevance of the contents, the ability to reason and criticize the subjects taught and the care in writing and exposing the answers, in an orthographic and grammatical perspective, as well as coherence or logic of reasoning. A student who obtains a grade equal to or greater than ten values is considered approved.
