Teaching Methodologies
The method is essentially expository in theory classes and collaborative in practical classes. The legislation is presented to the students in the lectures in its original form, and in the practical classes it is a question of consolidating their understanding, alerting them to some particular details and situations, as well as how the legislation applies to situations related to construction in Portugal.
Learning Results
To make known and facilitate the interpretation of the main legislation applicable in the public and private works sector, and to provide trainees with knowledge of the legal procedures to be followed when launching and carrying out public and private contracts.
