Course Objectives
Objectives: Provide appropriate training in the national context that reconciles in a synergistic and effective way the technical training in the area of business management and the awakening to entrepreneurship; Addressing the latest trends and developments in business sciences; Developing the necessary skills in business creation and management of SMEs, focusing on the creation and management of micro and small enterprises Create awareness among students and the academic community to the growing need of fostering entrepreneurship and promoting a creative and innovative approach in life and in business; Contribute decisively to the development of the region where ISCAC is inserted. Skills: Develop business plans; Install business; Design, implement and monitor corporate strategic plans; Design, implement and monitor performance evaluating systems; Develop marketing plans; Structure and financially restructure enterprises; Design, implement and monitor innovation systems; Ensure and optimize the management of small and medium enterprises.
Access Conditions
The following may apply to Master of Business Management degree: 1. Holders of the undergraduate degree or equivalent awarded by a national higher education institution, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting and related fields; 2. Holders of a foreign academic degree conferred following a first cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a member State supporting this process, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting and other related fields; 3. Holders of an academic degree, national or foreign, that is recognized by the Scientific-Technical Council, as meeting the objectives of a degree; 4. holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized by the Scientific-Technical Council, as evidence of ability to complete this course.
