Course Objectives
Complement basic training with skills in key areas of forestry activity: Territory Planning, Protection Against Biotic Factors, Management of Natural Resources, Silviculture and Improvement, Defense of the Forest Against Fires.
Access Conditions
a) Holders of a bachelor’s degree, or legal equivalent, of courses in the areas of Forestry, Agronomic, Environmental, Biological Sciences or similar areas;
b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree in one of the areas referred to in a), or legal equivalent, conferred as a sequence of a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process;
c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, in the areas referred to in a), which is recognized by the Technical-Scientific Council as meeting the objectives of the Bachelor’s degree;
d) Holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical-Scientific Council.

Entrepreneur in the forestry area and natural resources (management; certification; plant production and nurseries on seedlings & cuttings production; wood harvesting)

Holders of the Master in Forest Resources will be trained with:
1) Scientific culture to understand the interrelationships of the subsystems that integrate forest systems and natural resources, and their role in promoting development;
2) Technological culture that allows it to intervene, with the capacity to analyze, forecast and simulate the consequences of its actions and options, in the implementation and monitoring of projects;
3) Environmental culture, as an integrating and regulating reference for your future professional activity as a development agent;
