Microaccreditation in Workplace Harassment

Course Objectives

Sexual and moral harassment in the workplace is a social phenomenon whose visibility in Portugal, defined as such, is recent. Although it has always occurred, this phenomenon has been better known and studied internationally since the 1980s. Debates and research on the topic have progressively increased. People targeted by sexual and moral harassment have always dealt with negative consequences for their health (physical and mental), in many cases without any type of support. It is urgent to invest in its dissemination, in the clarification of concepts and strategies for dealing with it.
