Course Objectives
Within the scope of the needs identified in the communication management of local authorities, this postgraduate course aims to provide graduates with tools to structure, plan and act in the different areas of communication. In this way, special relevance will be given to techniques and instruments that enable municipalities to listen carefully to their populations and their respective needs for greater and better citizen participation.
