IPCACTIVE

The IPC_Active programme is an initiative of the IPC Sports Office, sponsored by the Presidency Services, with the collaboration and involvement of the Presidencies of all schools and their Student Associations. It is a programme based on the philosophy of sport for all, aimed at students, teachers and non-teaching staff and, for that reason, based on accessible physical and sports activities, such as walking, running, swimming, small organization games and gymnasium activities and sports.

Within the scope of this programme, events in the form of sports animation and recreation days and occasional activities of a recreational and sports nature will be developed in co-organization with different IPC bodies, aiming at the acquisition of healthy life habits through regular physical activity, besides the creation of unique moments of socialization and fun.
