Program
* Know the fundamental characteristics of the operation of the three types electromagnetic fields used in Magnetic Resonance: static magnetic fields, field gradients and radio frequency fields;
* Identify and understand the different types of RF coils in MRI equipment;
* Know the different types of shimming existing in RM (active and passive);
* Understand the basic principles of building an MRI room, as well as its shielding process;
* Understand the most advanced technology in MRI, namely hybrid equipment with Nuclear Medicine and radiotherapy.
