Learning Results

With this course, it is intended that students develop knowledge and skills that allow them to work effectively in acorporate setting, within teams, wether as team leaders or team members.
At the end of the ourse it is expected that students:
– know and understand the main theories on leadership and motivation
– understand the specificities of working in teams
– are able to effectively lead and particiapte in teams
– are able to analyse and understand how specific teams work
– are able to adjust their leadership style to the characteristics of teams and team members

– are able to employ attitudes and techniques to enhance team engagement and happiness
– are able to provide effective feedback to team members
– are able to identify and implement motivational strategies suited to the characteristics of teams and their members
