Psychosociology of Human Relations

Teaching Methodologies

It will be used the lecture method; technical questions and answers and also the use of the method of discussion of
the
various contents in the classroom. The teaching aims to promote the participation and contribution of all.
The evaluation will be conducted through final exam, this constituted by an individual written test, lasting 2 hours
(15 points).
Other elements will be taken into account, namely the presence and attendance, participation, critical thinking,
commitment
and behaviour (5 points).

It is intended to:
– identify the elements that are present in social interaction whether in a professional context or in personal context
and its consequences;
– see the relationship between the culture and society;
– understand and analyze the modern organizations and the effects of globalization in an everchanging world.
