The special competition is intended for:
- Holders of a bachelor’s, graduate’s, master’s or PhD degree;
And that, cumulatively:
- They meet the conditions set by the intended Higher Education Institution (IES), duly approved and disclosed;
- Satisfy the prerequisites, when required by the institution/course pair intended.
