The Students’ Association of ESEC (AEESEC) was created in 1980 with the aim of representing the students and defending their interests, promoting civic, physical, cultural and scientific education.
Throughout its years of history, AEESEC has actively participated in several student struggles, namely in the opposition to the Law on the Financing Framework for Higher Education, being also one of the main advocates of the amendment of the Law on the Bases of Higher Education.
Currently, one of the main flagships of action is related to the increase of tools that value the journey of the students they represent.
