Concerning the evaluation, we present two alternative schemes, student choice, just to get a positive result in
one of the arrangements proposed.
1) Two frequencies, one at middle and one at the end of the semester. Only the students with more than seven
points (in a total of twenty) can do the second frequency. Shall be approved students who gain an average on
two frequencies exceeding nine values and a half (a total of twenty values).
2) Students can also apply for a final exam (100% of the final grade) concerning all topics of syllabus. In this
case, the student approves if he obtain at least 9,5 points.
Learning Results
Have knowledge of the fundamental concepts in relation with the law subjects the business kind, as well the
