Course Objectives
The Masters in Paralegal Studies aims to provide the student with a professional specialization in the areas of High Court Enforcement Officers and Company Solicitors. The core is the theoretical training combined with practical component, especially for the demonstration / application of theory in real and simulated context in order to provide the student with a qualified professional training.
Access Conditions
Candidates for the Master must have: a) a degree or legal equivalent awarded by a national institution of higher education, preferably in Solicitors, Law, Management, Accounting, Economics, and other related areas; b) foreign academic degree conferred following a 1st. cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a Country acceding to this process, preferably in Solicitors, Law, Management, Accounting, Economics and other related areas; c) academic degree, domestic or foreign, which is recognized by the Technical-Scientific Board of ISCAC, consistent with the objectives of a degree; d) academic, scientific or professional curriculum, that is recognized by the Technical-Scientific Board of ISCAC, evidence of ability to complete this course.

Execution agent (after conducting an access examination), Executive Agent Advisor, Legal Advisor of Companies, “Specialist” solicitor in the legal-business area, “Specialist” solicitor in the area of debt collection in the corporate sector and individual.

Access to Superior Studies
The Master´s degree allows the entry into the third studies cycle which leads to the PhD.
