Teaching Methodologies
The teaching methodology will consist of theoretical and practical, by exposing the respective statutory, doctrine and case studies, and the corresponding evaluation process will take place through: 1) the presentation of an essay that will focus on one of the syllabus (50%) and 2) a written examination, lasting two hours, to be held at the end of the semester (50%).
Learning Results
Provide students with a general perspective on the principles of law Portuguese, as well as a deeper knowledge of the subjects and objects of the process, allowing them to recognize the state of the equity company in order to identify the model of the company’s viability, a perspective revitalization, insolvency and recovery company. To achieve this goal, students must understand the legal framework designed the viability of businesses: a) Corporate Recovery System by Via Extrajudicial b) Proceedings for revitalization b) Corporate Recovery and Insolvency. The student should be able to identify the best process to apply for the viability of the company.
