Teaching Methodologies
The classes will be taught by an interactive way, as a space for sharing and discussion of the main concepts adressed
in CU. It will be proposed, situations of interaction among the students and the teacher, to promote the construction of
knowledge from the analysis, reflection and discussion of previous experiences.
The evaluation will be made by continuous assessment or final exam.
By continuous assessment
1. Theoretical knowledge: written test 40%
2. Group essay: 30% written essay; 20 oral presentation
3. Class room exercises, participation and behavior: 10%
By final exam: 1. Theoretical knowledge: written exam 100%.

Acquisition and development of knowledge and competences in:
1. History and evolution, the current trends and future perspective, and the conceptual models of analysis in the scope
of Sports and Exercise Psychology.
2. Concepts covered in the scope of Exercise Psychology as result from physical activity and sport practice (selfimage,
self-esteem, among others).
3. Concepts covered in the scope of Sports Psychology, its theories and explicative models (motivation, leadership,
stress and anxiety, among others).
4. Improvement of individual or collective performance in different intervencion areas.
