Course Objectives
The course aims to train professional technicians who, independently or integrated into a team, mastering the appropriate techniques and best practices, are able to manage the company’s financial resources, plan and fulfill their tax obligations, manage their treasury, organize communication plans, plan and organize the different operations and activities, manage human resources and logistics and promote their sustainability.
The course provides fundamental knowledge of technical English, economics, quantitative methods and information and communication technologies, as well as specialized knowledge of organization and management of companies, marketing, people management, financial accounting, accounting and management control, legal framework of SMEs, entrepreneurship and business creation, finance, taxation, quality management and operations management and logistics
The course presents a general and scientific training component, a technical training component and a training component in the work context, which is carried out through an internship. It has a duration of 2 years, comprising 120 ECTS, and grants a level 5 Professional Qualification Level (Qualification Level of the National Qualifications Framework and the European Qualification Framework).
Access Conditions
Applicants to CTSP may be:
– Holders of a secondary education course or legally equivalent qualification;
– Students who have been approved in the older-than-23 exams, specially designed to assess the capacity for higher education attendance;
– The holders of a technological specialisation diploma, a higher technician and vocational diploma or a higher education degree, with the purpose of their professional requalification.
Professional Outlets
Exercise of functions in: financial departments (treasury control, investment control, financial planning, tax planning, accounting tasks), human resources (recruitment, training and motivation of employees), administrative (management of tasks, coordination of departments , operational planning) and commercial and / or marketing (customer management, sales policy, marketing policies).
