Base Knowledge
Knowledge acquired in all curricular units that constitute the components of general and scientific training and technical training.
Teaching Methodologies
As practical training in the workplace, there is a predominance of active teaching methodologies.
Learning Results
At the end of the curricular unit, the student is expected to be able to:
– Apply, in real context and in an integrated and interdisciplinary way, the knowledge acquired in the different components of academic training;
– Develop and adapt work habits according to a specific reality;
– Work in a team with a high ethical and deontological sense;
– Recognize the functional structure of an entity;
– Participate in the organization, planning and management of a specific entity.
Program
The on-the-job training component is carried out in selected host entities based on suitability criteria, as well as on the adequacy of the entity’s activity to the knowledge acquired in the other acedemic components of CTeSP.
Thus, the specific study program of the curricular unit is conditioned to the economic activity and the type of host entity, and an individual work plan is prepared for each student and included in the internship agreement. The work plan must be signed by the student, the advisor designated by ESTGOH and the supervisor designated by the host entity, who will accompany the student during the internship.
All work carried out in the internship will be subject of a detailed report, to be prepared by the student, within the defined deadlines.
