The teaching methodologies are designed to give the targeted skills, using expository and demonstrative methods to solve practical problems, case studies and the use of electronic means.

Teaching is very devoted to the development of skills, demanding of the student substantial additional work and proactive out of contact hours.

• The Quality Management covers topics of quality assessment, implementation and control, and quality improvement that support problem solving, efficiency and effectiveness, and decision-making support. Also addresses quality management systems, their establishment, application, implementation and their contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and other parts used. It is intended that students are able to:

• Improve the performance of their organizations;

• Structure a quality management system;

• Implement quality practices and tools;

• Develop continuous process improvement practices.
