Teaching Methodologies

The teaching methodologies are designed to give the targeted skills, using expository and demonstrative methods to solve practical problems, case studies and the use of electronic means.

Teaching is very devoted to the development of skills, demanding of the student substantial additional work and proactive out of contact hours.

Learning Results

• The Quality Management course unit covers topics of quality assessment, implementation and control, and quality improvement that support problem solving, efficiency and effectiveness, and decision-making support. This course also addresses quality management systems, their establishment, application, implementation and their contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and other parts used.

• Develop skills in students who enable them to improve the performance of their organizations.

• Structure a quality management system;

• Implement quality practices and tools;

• Develop continuous process improvement practices
