The Observatory of Social Action of the Polytechnic University of Coimbra – ObservAS-IPC – is an advisory structure, without administrative and financial autonomy, dedicated to providing technical and scientific support to the Social Action Services – SASIPC.
ObservAS-IPC’s mission is to host and stimulate studies within the scope of the PUC’s social action policies, with a view to incorporating the results into the definition of its lines of action in order to continuously improving the responses it offers for the well-being of its academic community.
