Learning Objectives
Knowledge: specialized knowledge of the structure, components and specialties involved in the development of construction projects, fundamental knowledge of the specificities of building rehabilitation projects, specialized knowledge of the solutions, technologies and systems that make up a building, specialized knowledge of the sequence of construction activities , fundamental knowledge of construction processes, in particular those specific to the area of building rehabilitation, comprehensive knowledge of the procedures provided for in current legislation, specialized knowledge of tools and methodologies for assessment and certification of sustainable construction,, specialized knowledge of IT support tools to the activity, comprehensive knowledge of those involved in the construction sector, specialized knowledge of mathematics and physics, fundamental knowledge in terms of oral and written communication.
Skills: interpret and analyze the written and drawn parts of a project, Identify and apply the legislation relating to each different situation, strictly control the materials, solutions and construction systems, identify and propose more sustainable alternative materials, solutions and systems, analyze the instructions for requests for construction authorization, organize project and construction meetings, assess the sustainability of design solutions and alternative solutions in the construction phase, identify and evaluate the implications and constraints of the use/application of materials, solutions and construction systems, analyze and evaluate constructive nonconformities, Identify and apply financial/fiscal support instruments for rehabilitation.
