Teaching Methodologies
To achieve the course objectives and support the development of the intended competencies, the teaching-learning process combines several methodologies:
- Guided exposition to introduce key project management concepts and basic planning and control tools.
- Exercises and case studies, applied to biotechnology-related contexts.
- Participatory activities, including critical project analysis, discussion of real challenges and collaborative problem-solving.
- Practical work and guided research, culminating in a simulation of project monitoring/follow-up, enabling integrated application of the course content.
