Organic Fruit and Viticulture I

Teaching Methodologies

In order to achieve the objectives of the curricular unit and the competencies provided to the students, the learning process is based on:
1. In theoretical-practical classes in which the teacher transmits theoretical concepts, followed by practical application by the Student
2. In classes held in the orchards and vineyards where the student accompanies the different cultures and where he performs the main cultural practices used in fruticulture and viticulture in the spring-summer season.

Learning Results

1. To know the importance of fruticulture and viticulture in organic production mode at national and global levels;
2. Identify different fruit trees and grape varieties;
3. Relate plant structures and their functions with growth and development;
4. To know the different cultural practices carried out in the spring-summer season, in vineyards and orchards in biological mode, which affect the production and quality of harvesting and harvest.
