It is intended to develop the objectives of the course in the area of quality and teamwork
It is intended with this curricular unit that students acquire knowledge of the most common techniques and methods of Quality Management, along with the correct understanding of the concepts underlying this management philosophy. Specifically, it is intended that students understand and apply the precepts of the ISO 9000 family of Standards and the NP EN ISO 19011 standard.

3. Quality Management Systems: Study of the ISO 9000 Series Standards.

6. Quality Improvement: Quality improvement projects; Methodologies for Quality Improvement; Quality Improvement Techniques.
