MODULE 2

1.Best techniques available in agricultural and forestry production
• Soil management: soil mobilization; nutrient balance; soil erosion in semi-arid areas
• Control of crop enemies using clean technologies
• Forestry crops in the central region; norms associated with different forestry cultures.
• Agricultural activity and the defense of biodiversity in the EU – PEPAC 2023-27

2. Best techniques available in animal production

• Main environmental impacts of livestock farming on air, soil and water resources
• Main BAT for livestock activity (European BREFs and others)

Grading Methods

Continuous evaluation:

Module 1 (50%) - Study of the applicability of licensing legislation to a real case (Report + Oral presentation)

Module 2 (50%) - Written test on agricultural and forestry BAT (25%) + Research work (25%)

 

Assessment by exam:

Assessment by written exam with theoretical and practical components, respecting the proportions of continuous assessment.
