Teaching Methodologies
In this course, interactive methodologies are employed to integrate the theoretical and practical dimensions of the methodologies being
explored, encouraging participation, debate, and individual critical reflection on real-life cases. Additionally, the group project aims to foster
collaborative work skills. Finally, students will be encouraged to engage in independent work for consolidation and deepening of knowledge,
preparation and/or continuation of in-person sessions, and tutorial support for learning assistance.
Learning Results
TThe course aims to equip and promote the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in corporate finance, as well as apply financial techniques
to real-world situations. Therefore, specific objectives include:
a) Understanding the financial position of companies;
b) Creating economic and financial diagnoses for companies;
c) Anticipating future evaluation scenarios.
