Teaching Methodologies
The teaching method is theoretical-practical, essentially calling for critical participation from students, simulating, here and there, theoreticalpractical
situations, similar to those they will encounter in forensic life. More than expository teaching, inclusive teaching is required,
provocative to criticism and student participation.
Learning Results
The course aims to provide the student with the basic concepts of criminal law, criminal procedural law, the identification of the purposes of
sentences, the basic principles of criminal law that enable the understanding of the legal regime of misdemeanors. At the end, students will
acquire the following skills:
01. Distinguish the various illicit acts within public sanctioning law
02. Identify the assumptions, positive and negative, for the existence of administrative responsibility
03. Identify the various defense mechanisms in terms of administrative offenses
04. Learn how to prepare hearing and defense documents, defense (crime and misdemeanor), judicial challenge and appeal
05. Internalize the different ways of acquiring news of administrative offenses
06. Identify ways to extinguish sanctioning liability
07. Submit a request for the appointment of an Assistant and civil compensation
